1. How to Enter: The 2017 Scott Towels “Keep on Going” Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on August 28, 2017 and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on October 31, 2017 ("Sweepstakes Period"). To enter, click on the Sweepstakes link at www.racingprizes.com/keepongoing during the Sweepstakes Period and fully complete and submit the online entry form. Failure to complete the entire online form will render the entry void. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 pm ET on October 31, 2017. Entry time will be determined by Sponsor’s computer stamped time marking receipt of entry. Online entries generated by script, macro or other automated means are void. Normal internet access and usage charges imposed by entrant’s online service will apply and shall be the sole responsibility of the entrant. There will be no verification of receipt of entries. All entries submitted become the sole property of the Sponsors. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like methods of participation will void all such submissions by such methods. Limit one (1) entry per person per email address during the Promotion Period.
2. Eligibility: To enter the Sweepstakes you must be a lawful permanent resident any of the 50 states and be 18 years of age or older as of August 28, 2017. Sweepstakes is void where restricted or prohibited by law. The Sweepstakes, and any website pages and advertisements relating thereto, are intended for viewing only within the continental United States. Employees of Kimberly Clark Corporation and ST Motorsports, Inc, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, promotion agencies and the directors, officers, employees or agencies, and any of their respective partners or prize suppliers, their affiliated companies, parents, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies, (collectively, "Sponsors") and their immediate families (defined as spouse, mother, father, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children and grandchildren) and members of their households, are ineligible to participate in this Sweepstakes.

Drawing and Notification: One (1) potential Grand Prize winner and Ten (10) First Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing, on or about November 7, 2017, from among all eligible entries received as determined by the Sponsors and Sweepstakes Administrator. The Sweepstakes Administrator’s decisions are final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winners will be notified by phone and/or by mail. If a potential winner cannot be reached within five (5) days from the first notification attempt, then such person shall be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.

Prize Conditions: If a potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if he/she does not comply with the Official Rules & Regulations, then the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable, this will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. All federal, state or other tax liabilities (including income taxes) arising from this Sweepstakes will be the sole responsibility of the winner. Except where prohibited by law, the winner’s entry and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsors to use said winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statement, biographical information, voice, and city and state address on a worldwide basis, and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without further compensation.

Sweepstakes Conditions: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by the Official Rules & Regulations and the decisions of the Sponsors and Sweepstakes Administrator, which shall be final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. In the event an entrant wins a prize, and is later found to be in violation of these rules he/she will be required to forfeit the prize or to reimburse Sponsor for the stated value of the prize if such violation is discovered after winner has used the prize. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules & Regulations and the decisions of the Sponsors and Sweepstakes Administrator, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules & Regulations. The winner and entrants also agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsors and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (“Released Parties”) from and against any claims, losses, judgments, demands, costs, expenses damages of any kind, whether direct, incidental or consequential arising out of or relating to entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes, or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or participation in this Sweepstakes. Released Parties shall not be liable to any winner or any other person for any action or inaction, including the failure to supply the prize or any part thereof, caused by reason of any acts of God, any actions, regulations, orders, or requests by any governmental entity, equipment failure, terrorist acts, war, fire, unusually severe weather, embargo, labor dispute or strike, labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, or any other cause beyond Released Parties’ sole control.

Limitations of Liability: Sponsors do not assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, including, but not limited to, technical malfunctions, human or technical error, printing errors, lost / delayed / garbled data or transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of any telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof. Sponsors are not responsible for incomplete electronic entries due to system errors or failures, or software failures of any kind. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, damaged, delayed, destroyed, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or mutilated entries. Sponsors are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering or the announcement of any prizes or in the administration of the Sweepstakes. Sponsors may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Sponsors representatives, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules & Regulations. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsors which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, then Sponsors reserve the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and in such event, to select the winner by random drawing from among all eligible automatic entries received up to such time of cancellation, termination or suspension. The winner agrees to release, hold harmless, and forever discharge the Sponsors from any and all claims, demands, losses and liabilities, of any nature whatsoever, which he or she may now or hereafter assert, including but not limited to, claims for injury, death, or illness arising out of or claimed to be arising out of sweepstakes entry, prize acceptance, or use/misuse of the aforesaid prize.

By participating, each entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes, its promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal or state court within the Commonwealth of Virginia; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, and in no event will entrant be entitled to received attorneys' fees or other legal costs; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules & Regulations, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the Commonwealth of Virginia or any other jurisdiction), that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Commonwealth of Virginia.
