Sweepstakes Period. This Kimberly-Clark “Off To The Races” Sweepstakes runs from May 1, 2018 at 12:01 am ET through June 30, 2018, at 11:59 pm ET (the “Entire Sweepstakes Period”).

How to Enter. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Navigate to https://w.heyo.com/530fe7 and click on the Kimberly-Clark “Off To The Races” Sweepstakes button and register. Limit of One (1) entry per person by any methods or combination of methods of entry during the Promotion Period”. Entries must be received by June 30, 2018

Eligibility. This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, and Washington, D.C. who are 18
years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, members, officers and directors of the Sponsor, its parent companies,
subsidiaries and affiliates and any provider of any prize offered in this Sweepstakes or any business or entity involved in
the development, production, implementation, administration or fulfillment of this Sweepstakes, and the immediate family members of any of the above (meaning spouses, parents, siblings and children living in the same household) are not eligible to enter or win. Void in Puerto Rico, and where prohibited by law. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws.

Drawing and Notification: One (1) potential Grand Prize winner and five (5) potential First Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing, on or about July 15, 2018, from among all eligible entries received as determined by the Sponsor and Sweepstakes Administrator.  The Sweepstakes Administrator’s decisions are final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winners will be notified by phone and/or by mail. If a potential winner cannot be reached within five (5) days from the first notification attempt, then such person shall be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.

Prizes/Odds.
One (1) Grand Prize Winner: a race weekend trip for winner and one (1) guest to a 2018 or 2019 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series race of winner’s choice including: round-trip, coach class air transportation for winner and guest from a major commercial airport near winner’s home within the U.S. to a major commercial airport near location of the selected Race; one (1) double occupancy standard hotel room for three (3) nights/four (4) days in the destination city; two (2) MENCS Tickets to destination race, two (2) Xfinity Series Tickets to destination race (if applicable), two (2) Camping World Truck Series tickets to destination race (if applicable) ; one (1) $300 VISA gift card for use towards a rental car in the destination city. Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $3,200.00. Sponsor requires race destination selection take place 60 days in advance of race.

Five (5) 1st prize winner: Each 1st place winner will receive 108 Mega Rolls of Cottonelle Ultra Comfortcare and 16 packs of 42ct Cottonelle Fresh Care Flushable Cleansing Cloths. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $150.00

No transfer, substitution, or cash equivalent for prizes allowed. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason.
Prize Conditions:If a potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if he/she does not comply with the Official Rules & Regulations, then the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable, this will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. All federal, state or other tax liabilities (including income taxes) arising from this Sweepstakes will be the sole responsibility of the winner. Except where prohibited by law, the winner’s entry and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use said winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statement, biographical information, voice, and city and state address on a worldwide basis, and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without further compensation.

Sweepstakes Conditions: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by the Official Rules & Regulations and the decisions of the Sponsor and Sweepstakes Administrator, which shall be final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.  In the event an entrant wins a prize, and is later found to be in violation of these rules he/she will be required to forfeit the prize or to reimburse Sponsor for the stated value of the prize if such violation is discovered after winner has used the prize. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules & Regulations and the decisions of the Sponsor and Sweepstakes Administrator, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules & Regulations. The winner and entrants also agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (“Released Parties”) from and against any claims, losses, judgments, demands, costs, expenses  damages of any kind, whether direct, incidental or consequential arising out of or relating to entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes, or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or participation in this Sweepstakes. Released Parties shall not be liable to any winner or any other person for any action or inaction, including the failure to supply the prize or any part thereof, caused by reason of any acts of God, any actions, regulations, orders, or requests by any governmental entity, equipment failure, terrorist acts, war, fire, unusually severe weather, embargo, labor dispute or strike, labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, or any other cause beyond Released Parties’ sole control. 

Limitations of Liability:  Sponsor does not assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, including, but not limited to, technical malfunctions, human or technical error, printing errors, lost / delayed / garbled data or transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of any telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof.  Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete electronic entries due to system errors or failures, or software failures of any kind.  Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, delayed, destroyed, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or mutilated entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering or the announcement of any prizes or in the administration of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Sponsor representatives, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules & Regulations. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, then Sponsor reserve the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and in such event, to select the winner by random drawing from among all eligible automatic entries received up to such time of cancellation, termination or suspension. The winner agrees to release, hold harmless, and forever discharge the Sponsor from any and all claims, demands, losses and liabilities, of any nature whatsoever, which he or she may now or hereafter assert, including but not limited to, claims for injury, death, or illness arising out of or claimed to be arising out of sweepstakes entry, prize acceptance, or use/misuse of the aforesaid prize.
